Because our party boxes are carefully curated and packaged as complete sets, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

That said, your celebration matters to us. 
If your box arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Each Confetti Box is thoughtfully packed and quality-checked before shipping so you can celebrate with confidence—and less stress.
